Recruitment is the process that identifies, engages, and attracts talent, while staffing involves the hiring flexibilities and mechanisms used to select and place candidates into jobs.
Goddard’s Recruitment Manager works with directorate management to arrange recruitment teams that go out to universities. As a supervisor, you have several important roles in the recruitment process, both before and after recruitment trips take place.
