Organizational performance and effectiveness is shaped by culture, which is in turn, shaped by leadership dynamics.  This office is dedicated to the development, implementation, sustainment and leadership of high-performing, mission-achieving organizations. By examining the human systems within which mission is achieved, this office provides strategies, products and services in transformation, change management, leadership development, business coaching, diversity management and resource optimization.   This office serves as a resource to Center management to identify opportunities for increasing Center/organizational effectiveness through business practice studies, and leading edge knowledge on strategic management trends, tools and techniques.
