Provides the full range of business management expertise to the Directorate, and ensures that products and processes are in alignment with customer need structure. Formulates Directorate budget and manpower requirements; manages Center-wide budget and allocations for employee training, awards, and full service Senior Executive Service support. Provides leadership in workforce/budget forecasting in human capital management arenas; and manages internal services and solutions related to project management, personnel actions and processes, IT management, facilities, and space management.
