New Supervisor's Curriculum

Overview: This workshop helps new supervisors navigate the transition from their previous role to the role of supervisor. Participants identify changes they are experiencing as new supervisors and learn about the internal process of adjustment people go through when encountering major changes. The workshop also introduces other elements of the New Supervisor Curriculum that are designed to provide ongoing support during the transition process.
