Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) for Supervisors
Overview: Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) practices are part of the fundamental skill set needed by Goddard managers and supervisors. The purpose of this one-day training is to review some of the basics of Equal Opportunity and to provide a toolkit for supervisors to help them identify and resolve employee issues as they occur. The emphasis of this course is on helping supervisors become effective "First Responders" to employees' issues and to understand the impact of their personal behavior on their employees. The Equal Opportunity program could be waived if supervisor has taken an equivalent program. Please contact Kathy Hefferin at 301-286-8319 if you are eligible for a waiver.
