Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Supervisors
Overview:This course provides an overview of alternative dispute resolution and its various techniques, including mediation, facilitation, and arbitration. Conflict and various coping mechanisms in dealing with conflict will also be introduced. The course will also familiarize participants with Goddard's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and its services and offerings.
