What distinguishes the Organizational Leadership and Culture Office from other HC resources is our ability to contract directly with the client to provide change management, organization development and coaching services.  We meet you where you are, and guide you and your organizations to where you wish to be. 
 

Specifics

 

  • Conduct initial intake/assessment with all Goddard customers.

  • Review your organization development needs.

  • Design, deliver and evaluate the services we provide.

  • Partner/broker with consultants to offer a wide range of change management, organization development and coaching programs.

  • Teach clients how to best market/communicate their unique products and services.

  • Design and deliver a variety of coaching programs that strengthen leadership, team performance, communications and business development.
