Obligated Service Agreements

Any employee who enrolls in training at Government expense must agree to remain with NASA following completion of the training for a period equal to three times the length of the training. The NF-1735 contains the full "Employee Obligated Service Agreement" statement. Employees who resign, retire or transfer to another Federal agency during a period of obligated service must inform the GSFC HQ Training Office as part of checkout procedures before their last day of employment. Repayment of training costs may be required.
